BPW HarveyAbout our ClubBPW Harvey is situated in the South West of Western Australia. Education has been of particular interest and annual projects include volunteering assistance with local school reading programmes. For many years, Harvey members have created baby bundles to support new mothers in the area. We believe that touching women's lives during this special time creates bonds with our organisation that we hope in return may generate support for club projects in the coming years. Our current Days for Girls Project has us making dignity kits for girls in third world countries. This club responds to crises in the bigger community by providing support to other communities across Australia to bushfire and flood victims plus providing recycled school materials to children in remote areas. The BPW Harvey Annual Report is an inspiration to other clubs that seek to make a difference in their local communities and beyond. The calendar is full of monthly dinner meetings with topical guest speakers on a wide range of subjects that showcase women's achievement, or that highlight special needs. Women are invited to contact us to find out more about BPW and join us for a meeting. In BPW, members matter most. We focus on issues and personal or professional development that is relevant to our own club. We enjoy different types of meetings, including dinner with a speaker, workshops to enhance our skills and social events where lifelong friendships are made.
