The Annual Report and Financials will be found on the website at the top of the Member Resources web-page from Thursday, 12th November 2020 and you will receive an email with a link, when available.  Could Club Presidents who have not forward their reports for 2019-20, please do so as soon as possible and forward them to me at secretary@bpw.com.au. The template was distributed to you a number of weeks ago.

Due to the BPWA Special Conference in May 2020, where the BPWA National Conference was deferred until 2021, all Board Positions (except WA President) would have been declared vacant at the 2020 Conference.  Due to the decision of the Special Conference all Board members were able to remain in their positions until the next BPWA National Conference in 2021.  All existing Board Members (except BPW WA) have decided to remain until that time.  (To Note: BPW WA has its own legal status and elections.)

The BPWA Board notes that there is a major event on in Western Australia on the meeting date, which is the BPWA Belmont/BPW WA Business Women of the Year.  For those not attending the event, could you please attend the AGM to represent BPW WA.  Thank you.

Resolution:    To be voted on at the AGM

That at the 2019-2020 Annual General Meeting members decide the year when the 40^th BPWA National Conference will be held.

Draw for Winner of the Membership Renewal Competition:  

At the AGM we will be 'Spinning the Wheel' to see who is the winner of a Conference Registration for the BPWA National Conference in 2021.  This was open to all BPWA Members who renewed their membership for 2020-21 before the 30th June.  Are you the winner?
