Rozaini

Francesca Burack, CEO/President of Fearless Talent Development, Inc., is a renowned advocate for fearlessness, particularly among women, with 35 years of experience catalyzing systemic change in organizations and empowering individuals to embrace their power through her book "Women Are Special -123 Reasons Why." She also serves as a UN representative championing women's equality on global platforms, receiving recognition from prestigious organizations such as the New York Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the White House Conference on Small Business.

Dr. Meena Karna, holding a Professional Degree in Financial Analysis and Research writing, served as a Manager at Nepal Bank Ltd., garnering numerous awards from the bank and other institutions. With a diverse academic background including a PhD in Microfinance and Women Empowerment, an MBA in Finance, and an MPA in Human Resources, she was recently appointed as a Member of the Standing Committee of the United Nations from BPW, Nepal, showcasing her intelligence, energy, and commitment to helping women globally.

Rozaini Nawawi, the inaugural President of the Federation of BPW Malaysia (2021-2024), draws on over 20 years of diverse professional experience in real estate, wealth management, insurance, and marketing. She also serves as a UN representative Committed to advancing Malaysian women in business, she received The Most Outstanding Country Award 2023 at the BPW Asia-Pacific Regional Conference during her leadership, emphasizing her dedication to fostering networking and knowledge exchange globally.
