For many the concept of standing up at a meeting and introducing yourself is an obstacle that prevents you from sharing your message with those that need to hear it.

What stops you from getting up? Is it the nerves? Is it not knowing what to say? Is it a wish to connect but not knowing what strategies to use? Maybe it’s a fear of what everyone will think when they hear you?

In this session you will discover the techniques and strategies to get those 20 seconds of insane bravery, to stand up and present your introduction with confidence and shine.
