BPW Caboolture presents its May Workshop & lunchbox session run by author, mentor, coach and public speaker, Trish Springsteen.

For many the concept of standing up at a meeting and introducing yourself is an obstacle that prevents you from sharing your message with those that need to hear it.

What stops you from getting up? Is it the nerves? Is it not knowing what to say? Is it a wish to connect but not knowing what strategies to use? Maybe it’s a fear of what everyone will think when they hear you?

In this session you will discover the techniques and strategies to get those 20 seconds of insane bravery, to stand up and present your introduction with confidence and shine.

 Trish Springsteen is an award winning public speaking mentor, coach, author and director of Trischel . Trish works with business owners and entrepreneurs to help them increase leads and sales with speaking, communication and training. Trish also mentors published authors helping them to turn their books into keynote presentations and introverts helping them to step out from behind their computers to share their message.

Trish is a member of Women's Network of Australia, Business and Professional Women (BPW), Motivational Speakers Australia and Women Speakers Association. Trish has spoken on national and international stages and she has written and presented a variety of training packages for industry bodies and private companies.

Trish is passionate about helping others conquer their fear of speaking and communication. Trish enjoys helping women develop their communication, leadership, networking and presentation skills.

In addition to be awarded the National Edupreneur 2015 Award in the Professional Speaking Category, Trish is a Finalist in the2016 Australian Small Business Champion Awards and was also a Finalist in the ILAB Global Impact 2015 Awards and has been nominated for the Telstra Business Awards. Trish also has been awarded Toastmasters International Excellence in Marketing and Excellence in Education and Training Awards.

As this is a lunchbox session the cost includes the price of mixed wraps and refreshments for lunch.
