report Dr Graeme Russell and Dr Michael Flood, two of Australia’s leading researchers in Diversity and Inclusion, draw on the latest evidence and experience to offer a set of recommendations for how organisations can engage men effectively to achieve gender equality at work. The report makes the point that while involving men in efforts to drive gender equality is important – it mustn’t be at the expense of women’s voices and it shouldn’t be viewed as ‘the magic bullet’.
