International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the economic, political and social achievement of women past, present, and future. The centenary of IWD occurs on Tuesday 8th March 2011 and BPW clubs across Australia will be holding events that celebrates women’s success and draw attention to the inequities that still exist.
